The flights are booked – the first hotel is done, but the actual trip is one of chance and spontaneity. I can’t wait to touch down and see what there is to see, hear the noise of a very different culture and country, and to feel the temperature of Lima, Cusco and where ever else we venture on our 10 days!
I will be turning 30 years old in Peru. I have had the vision of turning 30 at Macchu Picchu for 5 years now and I am so so grateful, surprised and pleased that it has all come to fruition. There are so many dreams and goals coming true this year and I am so overwhelmed by what can happen if you first wish, then goal-ify and then plan to make it happen.
I love adventuring around a city without any plans – there’s always, always, something special and amazing that happens. Seeing things that the beaten path doesn’t have. Synchronicity and favour.
I was talking to my Dad tonight about how you can never – NOT learn – from travelling. This year India has had such a huge impact on my life, how I see the world and what I want to do with my life. I can only imagine what Peru is going to do for my vision and goals for the future.
Instead of gifts this year, please would you help me pay for the Peru trip at ; http://gogetfunding.com/
